Do you perform emergency interventions (24/7)?
We perform emergency interventions by agreement and failure priority. The fastest way is to send details via contact (machine type, symptoms, location in BiH) and state that the intervention is urgent.
Do you provide a warranty on works?
The warranty depends on the type of intervention, the condition of the component, and the operating mode. For laboratory electronics repairs and defined component replacements, the warranty is agreed upon and documented in the service report.
Do you service PLC and automation on existing installations?
Yes — I/O diagnostics, logic corrections, parameterization, and cycle optimization. The goal is stable and safe operation with minimal downtime.
